📋 Description

• Architect, establish, and maintain best practices for product and service implementation • Configure, implement, and support production security tools and technologies • Maintain documentation and SOPs for security tooling implementation, support, and troubleshooting • Troubleshoot security toolset issues in client environments • Execute client onboarding projects, including portal configuration, agent deployment, best-practices configuration, and systems auditing • Collaborate on urgent security events requiring response, containment, and remediation • Provide recommendations on toolset tuning and security best practices • Discuss client security posture and recommend improvements to holistic security approaches • Triage incoming support tickets and requests related to managed security tools • Participate in daily shift changeover meetings • Support cloud-based SIEM, EDR, and anti-spam/phishing products • Support SOAR, MFA, encryption, and vulnerability management platforms • Assist with alert triage

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing security products, security best practices, and security device policies for small and large enterprises • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Security Administration • Deep understanding of Office 365/Azure AD security tooling, policies, implementation, and reporting • Networking understanding or working experience with TCP/IP, routing, and VPN • Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the United States or its Territories • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with support personnel, customers, and managers • Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team • Working experience with KnowBe4, CrowdStrike, SAML/SSO, Okta, Intune, Cisco Umbrella, Rapid7, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Abnormal Security, and Avanan • Understanding of CIS benchmarks and implementation • Experience with DLP technologies/software is a plus • Experience with Power BI, BrightGauge, or similar business intelligence reporting software • Software development, coding, and/or advanced scripting experience is a plus • Working expertise with Microsoft Sentinel, Google Chronicle, or Splunk • Certifications related to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Security products
