📋 Description

• Come join the company reinventing data security, empowering businesses to realize the full potential of their data. • As the leading data security platform purpose-built for the cloud era, Cyera’s mission is to reinvent how businesses secure data, enable agile collaboration, and boldly pursue new business opportunities. • We are hiring a mid-level data analyst to drive data initiatives across our go-to-market functions. • This individual will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, and will take a leading role in diverse operations projects including territory planning and forecasting. • You will also play a key role in translating business needs into clear metrics, and serving as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Marketing and Product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. • Experience with revenue operations projects supporting top-tier sales organizations. • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data. • Hands-on experience with dashboard/reporting tools (any platform). • Understanding of ETL/data transformation processes and tools (e.g., dbt, git). • Strong communication skills and business intuition, especially in a Sales or Marketing context.
