📋 Description

• Develop clinical programs from the ground up, including design and implementation of new clinical services and digital products, in close collaboration with clinical operations and technical product management teams • Lead strategic initiatives related to clinical innovation and outcomes • Act as a liaison between clinical teams and technical teams and manage the roadmap for clinical initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert (internally and externally) on clinical topics including population health management, chronic disease management, patient engagement, GI conditions, GI medications, medical spending and utilization patterns, microbiome science, and industry trends • Work collaboratively with the Product, Design, Engineering, Data Insights, Operations and Commercial teams (among others) to deliver a world class product and service • Participate in external-facing roles, such as interfacing with clients, serving as a subject matter expert, and managing work for external vendors and partners, as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Masters Degree, MD, or PhD in clinical field, with familiarity of GI conditions • 5+ years of experience in clinical and digital product and program strategy, design and implementation, B2B2C digital health experience preferred • Experience in the development of digital tech-enabled applications, working closely with product management/program management • Demonstrated record of leading interdisciplinary projects from beginning to end • Knowledge of a variety of research methods to evaluate clinical outcomes, including RCTs and RWE studies
