📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers across two streams. • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across both teams. • Coordinate roadmaps, sprint planning, and delivery timelines across both teams. • Ensure architectural and code quality across both backend and frontend stacks. • Support decision-making around technical trade-offs and scaling challenges. • Drive documentation, testing, and process improvement initiatives. • Work closely with Product, UI/UX and DevOps to ensure timely and effective delivery. • Own project delivery milestones, code review practices, and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in a similar engineering management role. • Strong technical understanding of both backend and frontend development. • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Oracle stack, modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React), backend services (e.g. Node.js or Python). • Proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional teams. • Experience in agile methodologies, sprint management, and delivery tracking.
