• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Design and establish a repeatable sales process from lead generation and qualification to deal closing. • Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs and AEs, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Provide hands-on coaching and support to your team, conducting regular pipeline reviews and skill-building sessions. • Actively participate in the sales cycle, including engaging with key enterprise clients, negotiating deals, and closing business. • Define and implement a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the sales team to track and measure sales performance, pipeline health, and team effectiveness. • Monitor sales metrics and team performance, using data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed. • Work closely with marketing, product, and account management teams to align on goals, provide market feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role. • Proven track record of building and scaling a successful sales team from scratch. • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience selling complex software solutions. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. • Strong knowledge of software license compliance or broader IT governance/asset management market is a bonus.
