📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of low to medium-complexity projects. • Develop schedules, action plans, performance indicators, and status reports. • Facilitate alignment meetings, follow-up ceremonies, and executive presentations. • Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and manage stakeholder communications. • Ensure adherence to methodologies, internal processes, and governance standards. • Coordinate with vendors and partners when involved in project deliverables. • Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, business areas, and external clients, ensuring clear and professional communication. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, suggesting optimizations to processes, workflows, and operational routines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of prior experience in project management or project coordination. • Advanced English, with the ability to lead meetings, alignment sessions, and presentations with international clients. • Practical knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies. • Strong analytical skills, organization, and decision-making ability. • Proactive profile with a critical mindset, capable of anticipating project risks and needs. • Interest or prior experience in process automation, productivity tools, or practical applications of AI. • Experience preparing reports, KPIs, and executive presentations. • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana). • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Background in technology environments, digital products, or data-related initiatives. • Interest or experience in analytics, including data interpretation, dashboard usage, or collaboration with data teams. • Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalents. • Basic/intermediate Spanish.
