📋 Description

• Lead a team of front-end and back-end engineers (in-house and external) • Own and drive the technical roadmap for Trust & Safety tools: content detection, workflow automation, moderation, dashboards, and alerting • Design pragmatic, high-impact solutions by optimizing resources and prioritizing based on business value • Leverage AI to enhance automated detection of problematic content and accelerate development (e.g., Cursor AI, assisted code generation) • Streamline internal processes through automation (workflows, tagging, prioritization) • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Legal, Trust & Safety Operations, and Support teams • Ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of deployed tools • Design, enhance, and productionize internal systems (detection, workflows, reporting)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead, ideally in a high-traffic tech environment (social media, video platforms, etc.) • Experience leading front-end and back-end engineering teams (in-house and external) • Strong back-end foundation with solid understanding of front-end considerations and internal UX • Comfortable leveraging generative AI tools throughout the development lifecycle (detection, automation, code assistance, etc.) • Pragmatic, impact- and solutions-oriented mindset, able to balance speed, efficiency, and scalability • Strong interest in Trust & Safety topics (moderation, ethics, compliance, automation) • Professional proficiency in French and English
