📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume and variety of complex deals and commercial agreements • Provide practical, action-oriented legal advice to the Procurement, Technical, Sales, and Business Development teams • Develop, maintain, and implement standardized contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines • Work with other legal stakeholders to ensure that all commercial contracts accurately incorporate necessary regulatory addenda • Provide primary support in resolving contract-based disputes or escalations with customers and partners • Partner directly with the Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing, and Sales teams
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer • 3+ years of experience specializing in commercial contracting and transactional law • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage a large pipeline of agreements, and prioritize deal closure efficiency • Exceptional skills in simplifying complex legal concepts for non-legal business audiences (Sales, Technical, Finance, etc.) • JD, LLM, or equivalent degree • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law
