📋 Description

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across marketing and revenue systems • Design, implement, and manage scalable data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting needs • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that measure channel performance, campaign ROI, and funnel efficiency • Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities • Partner with channel owners and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and actionable analytics • Build and maintain marketing channel & program performance forecasts • Continuously refine marketing measurement frameworks to enhance attribution and forecasting accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Marketing Analytics or similar role • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot) • Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Bizible, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience in B2B high growth tech company • Proficiency with SQL
