• You will gain insight into supporting our partner companies and implementing business plans, as well as formats such as info sessions and coaching. • You will accompany experienced Sales Engineers on customer visits and assist in planning events such as partner conferences and customer events. • You will help generate and allocate leads and contribute to marketing activities. • You will create certificates, perform performance analyses, and support strategic projects. • You will work actively with SharePoint, maintain partner and employee data, provide information, and coordinate access to Danfoss systems.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, or a comparable technically oriented qualification • Technical understanding, ideally with knowledge in electrical engineering • Initial practical experience in sales or marketing (e.g., through internships or working-student positions) desirable • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and an affinity for sales • Excellent German and English skills and a high willingness to travel (throughout Germany, approx. 40–50%)
