📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform, analytics, ML, and GenAI initiatives • Own project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies • Translate high-level business goals into actionable delivery plans and milestones • Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, trade-offs, and escalations • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) • Coach teams and clients on Agile best practices while adapting to real-world constraints • Maintain and optimize backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and tech leads • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly and confidently • Manage expectations and navigate shifting priorities without losing momentum • Support proposal scoping and delivery planning during pre-sales as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or Scrum Master roles • Proven experience delivering data, analytics, cloud, or technology transformation projects • Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, with the ability to flex when needed • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working with technical teams across cloud and data platforms, analytics, BI and ML and AI use cases • A calm, structured, professional and decisive approach to client delivery • Client-first mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in high-trust, high-accountability environment
