• The Systems Engineer will be a product specialist on all Data Theorem technologies and solutions. • The SE will work directly with customers and prospects to understand their security problems. • Evaluate Data Theorem products that deliver maximum value to customers. • Prepare product demonstrations and sales presentations for customers and prospects. • Collaborate with product and sales teams for successful deals. • Work with business partners like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft for co-selling. • Manage ongoing service expectations and provide product support. • Suggest improvements for cost savings and deliver more value. • Research security industry trends regularly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the Security and/or Cloud Space • Strong ability to quickly comprehend and explain complex engineering concepts in simple, effective terms. • Ability to work in concert with team members to build the most effective presentations that blend technical facts with tangible benefits. • Proven sales skills with an eye for results. • Superlative communication skills with the ability to navigate a wide range of internal and external environments. • Coaching skills to help co-workers quickly understand and explain new and emerging technical concepts. • Strong networker who can reach out to customers and clients to offer support and assistance. • Industry insider who understands current trends and anticipates change.
