📋 Description

• Provide technical support for Databricks Lakebase and resolve issues involving the Neon cloud-native Postgres service • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to Lakebase/Neon platforms • Provide best practices support for custom-built solutions developed by Databricks customers • Deliver suggestions for improving performance in customer-specific environments • Coordinate root-cause analysis and resolution of high-complexity issues and assist peers with technical roadblocks and user escalations • Work with APIs, REST payloads, REST endpoints, and third-party integrations to recommend resolutions • Demonstrate and coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to achieve resolution of customer issues • Participate in the creation and maintenance of company documentation and knowledge articles • Be a proponent of customer advocacy and guide customers in their Databricks journey • Strengthen AWS/Azure and Databricks platform expertise through learning and internal training • Participate in weekend and weekday on-call rotation • Report to a Manager of Technical Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine desire to help customers • 4+ years of experience in technical support roles for cloud products • Experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining Python/Java/Scala/Golang based applications is desirable • Strong experience with SQL-based databases is required • Linux/Unix administration skills • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP • Excellent English written and oral communication skills • Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems in real-time • Technical degree or equivalent experience
