📋 Description

• Designing processes and individual customizations in close collaboration with our clients • Advising and supporting customers in the use of their ELO ECM • Conducting training sessions and user onboarding • Installing and implementing ELO and add-ons • Planning and organizing projects to successfully deliver our customer projects • Travel to client sites to provide on-site support and deliver optimal solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Quick comprehension and the ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with new subjects • High motivation and commitment that drive you to deliver top performance • Customer-oriented mindset to identify the best solutions for our clients • Basic English skills to operate internationally • Self-initiative, dedication, a strong willingness to learn and the ability to work well in a team
