⢠Assist Head of Legal EMEA & APAC in supporting internal clients and external stakeholders for any legal matters ⢠Provide effective legal advice, counsel, and support to the organization ⢠Review and negotiate IT/SaaS commercial contracts and service level agreements including vendor contracts ⢠Undertake research on legal topics and provide general legal advice where requested ⢠Assisting in the development of legal templates and best practices ⢠Engage with legal counterparts of our vendors and clients
đŻ Requirements
⢠Fluency in German & English is a must ⢠Law degree with 2-4 years PQE, including relevant experience in IT law, Privacy Law, and general contracting law ⢠Admitted to Local Bar with current license to practice law ⢠Experience of working both in private practice and in-house at a technology company ⢠Knowledge of legal issues affecting software companies globally ⢠PC proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
