📋 Description
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce contract repository. • Process incoming contracts and related documents, ensuring accurate filing and categorization. • Update and track key contract details, including terms, SLAs, effective dates, product details, and other data points. • Partner with Sales Operations to capture and validate contract metadata. • Support Deal Desk in renewal processes by identifying whether contracts represent standard renewals or require Client Success / Sales involvement. • Ensure contract information aligns with internal reporting and operational needs. • Participate in renewal workflows to support efficient processing and escalation when needed. • Monitor upcoming contract expirations and support proactive renewal strategies. • Ensure contract records meet organizational standards and compliance requirements. • Support the business in adhering to contractual obligations and timelines.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in contracts administration, contract management, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and repository best practices. • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM/contract management tools. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. • Ability to travel quarterly for Corporate and Commercial meetings.
