📋 Description
• Build and enhance financial models for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting cycles. • Consolidate and analyze KPIs across multiple data sources to deliver clear business insights. • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement scalable reporting processes. • Review financial reports and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership. • Support month-end close with variance analysis and commentary. • Conduct ad hoc analysis (e.g., headcount, OPEX, indirect costs) to support strategic decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or related field. • 1–2 years experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or finance role at tech startup. • Healthcare industry experience a plus. • Ownership mindset with a drive to improve processes in a growing organization. • Passion for Datavant’s mission to connect the world’s healthcare data.
