📋 Description

• Dive into sales performance metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. • Help maintain and improve executive dashboards in Salesforce and Excel that track pipeline health and sales activity. • Keep Salesforce data clean, accurate, and actionable for better reporting and forecasting. • Support lead routing and territory management through LeanData. • Streamline reporting and automate manual tasks to make our team more efficient. • Build and organize sales enablement resources using Spekit to help reps learn and sell faster. • Optimize tools like Outreach and Qualified to enhance productivity and engagement. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to support ongoing initiatives. • Contribute to special projects that improve how our sales team operates and grows.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate in a team environment. • Availability for 10-20 hours per week (remote).
