📋 Description

‱ - Design and execute comprehensive, tiered GTM strategies for products and features, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and strategic priorities. ‱ - Own and execute an end-to-end product and feature launch process, from initial product development feedback to post-launch analysis, coordinating all cross-functional stakeholders. ‱ - Own and champion the definition, documentation, and continuous refinement of Dealfront's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), strategic narrative, messaging, and market positioning. ‱ - Ensure product value propositions are consistently and effectively communicated across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. ‱ - Develop and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials and training sessions, including battle cards, playbooks, presentations, and product training. ‱ - Maintain up-to-date competitive positioning and differentiation strategies that keep us ahead of the curve. ‱ - Together with relevant teams, champion and coordinate "Dealfronting" (dogfooding) by leveraging the Dealfront platform to improve our own GTM efforts, identify insights, test new features, and provide vital product feedback.

🎯 Requirements

‱ - 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity. ‱ - Proven track record of building or scaling product marketing functions from the ground up, with a focus on operational excellence. ‱ - Demonstrated success creating and executing sophisticated go-to-market strategies for complex B2B products, including tiered launch approaches. ‱ - Unrivaled ability to distill highly technical features into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse B2B audiences. ‱ - Comfortable using data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure the impact of PMM efforts, and iterate on approaches. ‱ - Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success without direct authority. ‱ - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and German a plus). ‱ - Comfortable with ambiguity and building scalable processes/frameworks where none currently exist. ‱ - Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, strategic thinking, and overall PMM output. ‱ - Strong project management skills. ‱ - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. ‱ - Must be physically located within the EU.
