• Design, manage, and optimize marketing infrastructure, processes, and analytics. • Ensure systems, data, and scalable processes necessary to run high-impact campaigns, measure performance, and iterate. • Work cross-functionally with content, growth, product, community, engineering, and finance teams to support marketing outcomes across the journey (awareness → acquisition → retention → advocacy). • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CDP, attribution). • Maintain integrations across systems (website, email, social, ad platforms, data warehouse, event tools) to ensure seamless data flow and tracking. • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance (privacy, consent, data quality). • Train marketing team members on tool usage, best practices, and workflows. • Define, document, and refine marketing processes; create scalable playbooks for recurring initiatives (launch campaigns, drip campaigns, webinars, partnership marketing). • Monitor operational bottlenecks and implement frameworks for scheduling, handoffs, approvals, and cross-team coordination. • Assist in executing full-funnel campaigns: planning, set-up, QA, launch, monitoring, troubleshooting. • Oversee campaign QA: tagging, tracking parameters, UTM setup, conversion mapping. • Monitor daily campaign health (budgets, pacing, anomalies, channel-level performance). • Support A/B testing, experimentation protocols, and optimization efforts. • Define key marketing metrics (KPIs, OKRs); build dashboards, regular reports, and data visualizations to track performance and ROI. • Lead campaign post-mortems and provide actionable insights to influence strategy, budget allocation, and channel mix. • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Engineering, Community, and Finance; serve as liaison with analytics/data teams for custom tracking and modeling. • Support external agency or vendor partners and enforce best practices around campaign tagging, naming conventions, data hygiene, and documentation. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and stay updated with industry trends relevant to decentralized/blockchain space.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles (with proven track record). • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, analytics stacks (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Segment, GA, Looker, etc.). • Strong technical aptitude — ability to understand integrations, data flow, APIs, and tracking implementations. • Proven experience building dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic insights. • Excellent process orientation, documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to scale. • Cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working with marketing, engineering, product, data, etc. • Familiarity with compliance and data governance practices (privacy, consent, attribution, etc.). • Self-starter, problem-solver mindset, and ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. • Interest in or experience with blockchain, crypto, or Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) — you’ll coordinate across multiple stakeholders. • Proactive, analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid, distributed environment. • Strategic thinker but also hands-on — you’ll roll up your sleeves. • Adaptable and flexible — as we evolve, so will your role.
