📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and partnership agreements. • Provide legal counsel on traditional and decentralized governance structures related to the Golem Foundation and Octant. • Advise on regulatory and compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions. • Assess the legal implications of new product, technical and business initiatives, especially those involving cross-border components. • Closely cooperate with business and product teams as well as the project leadership on resolving the challenges they may face. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant developments in crypto regulation, DAOs, and digital asset law. • Ensure legal frameworks support public goods funding, open-source contributions, and decentralization principles. • Manage relationships with external legal counsel in various countries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in Web3, fintech, or tech startups. • Expertise in international corporate law and digital asset regulations. • Familiarity with DAO governance structures and decentralized legal frameworks. • Experience in legal advisory on digital products. • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex contracts. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. • Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude. • Strong interpersonal skills. • JD or equivalent legal degree and bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
