📋 Description

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks (web, mobile, APIs, and smart contracts integration) • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for major releases • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements • Build tools and processes for cross-browser, cross-device, and wallet integration testing • Establish and enforce QA best practices across teams • Mentor other QA engineers/analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA/software testing (including 2+ years in the Web3 space) • Proven track record of building and scaling test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, etc.) • Strong experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines • Familiarity with Web3 technologies: smart contracts, wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, hardware wallets), blockchain transactions, gas estimations • Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Linear, TestRail, etc.) • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices • Excellent communication and leadership skills
