📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-performance front-end applications in React and TypeScript • Deliver and maintain client-side SDKs that simplify integrating with Deck • Build reusable components and scalable design systems aligned with Deck’s product identity • Translate user and business needs into elegant, performant, and accessible UI/UX solutions • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability across browsers and devices • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with an emphasis on long-term quality • Contribute to technical and architectural decisions shaping Deck’s front-end stack

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience (React, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks) • Strong grasp of TypeScript, component-based design, and modern CSS architecture (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components, etc.) • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and understand data-fetching and caching patterns in front-end applications • Have experience with front-end observability and monitoring • Proven ability to translate complex product logic into simple, usable interfaces • Comfort in fast-paced, startup environments where autonomy and adaptability matter • Bonus: experience with data visualization libraries (Recharts, D3.js)
