📋 Description

• Support the procurement department in drafting and negotiating procurement contracts • Support the sales department with tenders and the drafting and negotiation of software agreements • Provide pragmatic legal advice to the company on general legal matters, in particular contract drafting (mostly software agreements), copyright and other licensing issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in law • 2–3 years of professional experience either in law firms or in the digital industry with knowledge of IT contract law • Advanced knowledge in the areas of procurement law, AI, data protection, cybersecurity, compliance and corporate law is a plus • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) • Very good German and English skills (business fluent). Additional languages are a plus (especially French or Dutch) • Independent, responsible and goal-oriented working style with commercial awareness and a desire to learn something new every day • Enjoy working with people and technology in a fast-moving industry.
