📋 Description

• Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies • Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning for customer-facing materials (website, sales collateral, presentations) • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution • Develop sales tools, training materials, and content to enable the sales team; conduct trainings and webinars • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to use customer insights to refine strategies and drive advocacy • Define KPIs and metrics to track product marketing initiatives and report on performance • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars; contribute thought leadership content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role • Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries (highly desirable) • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis • Experience with product management and product lifecycle management • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics) • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently • Requirement to provide your country of residence and work authorization/visa status
