• You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide daily advice on employment laws and regulations in order to answer clients’ queries. • You will draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks and any other document in order to be compliant with local employment laws. • You will provide counsel to local management and the Human Resources team on a broad range of employment issues including employee relations; discipline and terminations; European working time compliance (including shift working, overtime), internal investigations; leaves of absence; contingent worker issues; compensation, benefits, bonus and equity awards; employment litigation; negotiated exits and settlements. • You will contribute to developing and implementing processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes. • You will also help develop and maintain training materials, playbooks and guidelines.
• 3-4 years’ experience (in-house experience is not essential) • Specialist knowledge of Spanish employment law. • You will be proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally. • You will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • You have good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • You are fluent in English • Your CV must be submitted in English
