📋 Description

• Design user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization). • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses. • Design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate your design intent. • Collaborate closely with different design teams to ensure a seamless user experience across different product areas, considering all possible scenarios. • Use data (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey. • Understands AB testing frameworks, and can liaise with data on testing and results. • Balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience. • Contribute to our evolving design system and push visual and interaction standards forward through motion.

🎯 Requirements

• Be passionate about design • Proven growth experience • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills, experimentation work, and measurable outcomes. • Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing. • Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar data analytic tools. • Comfort working in fast-paced environments. • Strong communication and storytelling skills. • Be comfortable with being involved with the end to end development process. From ideation to design QA - you feed and unblock the team. • Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute, action biased.
