• 5-10 years of experience in regional/growth marketing within Northern European markets, with demonstrated experience working in the French market. • Proven success in developing demand generation strategies and uncovering new marketing channels for growth. • A hacker’s mentality with a relentless drive to find innovative ways to achieve goals, even when challenging conventional wisdom. • Strong analytical skills with a history of measuring and enhancing marketing channel performance. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working across multiple teams and stakeholders on a global scale. • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with executives and senior leaders. • Written and verbal fluency in English and German is required; additional European languages are a bonus.
