📋 Description

• Partner with sales and customer success to develop and execute campaigns that introduce customers to new products, modules, or data solutions. • Own post-onboarding communications like newsletters, feature spotlights, and education programs that keep customers active and informed. • Define and prioritize key audiences by role, company, engagement, and solution needs to maximize campaign relevance and impact. • Activate engaged customers as references, reviewers, and case study participants. • Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and expansion revenue influence. Use insights to refine and scale programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus in customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing. • Proven success driving customer engagement and expansion campaigns. • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate product value into compelling customer communications. • Experience working cross-functionally with customer success and sales teams. • Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus). • Data-driven mindset with comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting campaign results + insights. • Experience with Agile Marketing a plus.
