📋 Description
• Oversee invoice processing and payment • Manage vendor relations and keep an up-to-date vendor database • Responsible for AR/AP for IE and TB Clients • Manage AP/AR Inboxes • Follow Company Guidelines and Confidentiality at all times • Respond to clients daily via email • Process payments from clients daily • Pay vendors biweekly and/or as needed • Enter invoices daily for TB into QB • Enter bills daily for IE- Syncore
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not required
