• Support day-to-day operations of client’s online business with hands-on expertise in e-commerce and marketing automation platforms • Manage and monitor brands on e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners • Build web stores, update pricing, product maintenance, and graphics, and understand invoicing types • Oversee and update e-commerce sites via an online ticketing request system • Review landing pages, product details, checkout processes for visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness • Coordinate integration and testing of templates and products with integrated partners • Manage project timelines for site builds and adhere to service-level agreements for maintenance • Coordinate production of orders and communicate with suppliers via e-commerce platform • Provide administrative and project support for e-commerce projects • Perform ad hoc tasks related to e-commerce support
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or order management role • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva • Experience in promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience beneficial • Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus • Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Bigcommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
