📋 Description

• Conduct structured interviews with stakeholders and requesting teams • Map current processes and design future-state flows • Document functional and non-functional requirements • Break down scope into User Stories with acceptance criteria and explicit business rules • Create and maintain a structured Product Backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap • Prioritize stories and epics based on business value, urgency, and technical dependencies • Refine stories before sprint planning, ensuring clarity for the development team • Assess the impact of scope changes and communicate them to the project manager • Participate in daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Clarify questions during development by providing business context • Validate acceptance criteria with QA and review test cases and critical scenarios • Document requirement defects and prioritize corrections • Present implemented enhancements to managers and stakeholders, demonstrating functionality and added value • Create business documentation • Prepare supporting materials

🎯 Requirements

• Experience mapping processes and flows • Document functional and non-functional requirements • Advanced knowledge in Business Analysis • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into software solutions • Effective communication • Knowledge of SQL • Ability to collaborate effectively with the development team • Knowledge of testing and validation • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies • Experience in the education sector • Java (preferred) • Knowledge of the financial sector (preferred)
