📋 Description

• opstellen van complexe fiscale positie voor de IFRS / US GAAP of Dutch GAAP jaarrekening van onze klanten; • adviseren over en assisteren bij tax accounting gerelateerde vraagstukken bij overnames en carve-outs; • opstellen en/of beoordelen van position papers ter onderbouwing van tax accounting posities; • controleren van tax posities van cliënten als onderdeel van het audit team; • ontwikkelen, beoordelen en/of verbeteren van tax packs; • advisering over IAS 12 gerelateerde vraagstukken (schriftelijk en mondeling).

🎯 Requirements

• een afgeronde WO-opleiding in een economische of fiscale richting, bijvoorbeeld Fiscale Economie, Fiscaal Recht, Bedrijfseconomie en/of Accountancy; • basis kennis van IAS 12 of interesse om hier meer over te leren; • 2-4 jaar relevante werkervaring in een internationale werkomgeving of bij een advies/consultancy firma.
