📋 Description

• Develop and execute brand identity strategies for our firm and our clients • Create visual elements including logos, color palettes, typography, graphics and brand guidelines • Design marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets • Collaborate with the research team to visually communicate complex crypto concepts • Manage client relationships and present design concepts directly to stakeholders • Stay current with design trends and innovations across the landscape of design and technology

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand identity design, preferably with exposure to the tech or finance sectors • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand identity projects, and execution of brand strategy • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently • Working with and managing fellow designers • Experience in working with clients on Naming is highly desirable • Interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
