📋 Description

• Support execution of client campaigns: development and implementation of marketing and sales customer engagement programs including batch & blast, sponsored emails, webinars, nurture programs, A/B tests, and trigger-based communications. • Work with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics platforms and build marketing automation skills. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Client Lead, Martech Supervisor, senior team members) to understand client needs and execute, test, and quality ensure programs. • Partner with project management to facilitate completion of client engagements. • Use project management, communications, testing, and QA tools to deliver services efficiently and with accountability. • Build, test, activate, and report on customer engagement programs using marketing automation, CRM, and digital marketing documentation. • Assist with creation of customer-facing and internal documentation. • Build basic performance and analytics reports for acquisition and engagement programs. • Execute database management, hygiene, and governance programs and lead/account assignments in CRM platforms. • Support quality assurance and testing activities to ensure deliverables meet standards of quality and effectiveness. • Measured on delivery targets, lost hours, client happiness, professional development, and achievement of KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 1+ years of marketing and/or demand generation experience • 1-2 years of experience implementing and managing email marketing campaigns. Must have direct knowledge and experience in at least one of Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms. • Experience in 2+ business settings using marketing automation/CRM (Marketo and SFDC a plus) • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, and experience in a consultancy is a plus • Fluent in English for business
