📋 Description

• Test SFCC (SFRA) implementations across multiple brands to ensure consistent, high-quality results. • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation based on user stories and technical specs. • Execute manual testing for functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser/device coverage. • Verify backend workflows, API integrations, payment flows (e.g., Adyen, PayPal), and third-party services. • Track and document bugs in Jira, and collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Proactively identify risks and edge cases in the QA process, making recommendations to improve product stability. • Attend agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute QA insights. • Support internal quality processes and help define best practices for SFCC QA workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years focused on eCommerce testing (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience required). • Familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, content assets, promotional campaigns, site preferences. • Strong understanding of web application testing concepts including HTTP, REST, cookies, session handling, etc. • Experience validating integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics tools, and PIMs. • Comfortable working across desktop and mobile, using browser dev tools and debugging tools effectively. • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset—able to work closely with developers and stakeholders. • Familiarity with Jira, test case management tools, and agile development practices.
