📋 Description

• Shape and execute our customer communication strategy across all channels from product newsletters and in-app messages to videos and campaigns. • Own the planning, creation, and performance of all customer communications, using data to continually improve reach and engagement. • Manage communication cadences and campaigns in HubSpot and Jimo, ensuring every touchpoint feels personal and on-brand. • Partner with Product Marketing, CX, and other teams to translate insights and launches into clear, valuable customer stories. • Drive automation and A/B testing to scale customer communications and optimise performance. • Build advocacy by turning happy customers into reviews, case studies, and success stories.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B customer communication or content management, ideally within the SaaS sector. • Hands-on experience with customer communication platforms such as Jimo, Customer.io, Braze, or similar tools. • Proven skills in copywriting, storytelling, and content creation with a strong eye for tone and clarity. • Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. • A data-driven mindset, able to analyse results, segment audiences effectively, and optimise communication strategies through testing and iteration. • Experience in automating customer communication processes to improve efficiency and scalability. • Near to native-level fluency in German, accompanied by excellent proficiency in English.
