• Manage service quality, optimize portfolios, and collaborate with top management to drive success.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry • Extensive experience in Service, Delivery, Partner management or as a technical Product Owner • Outstanding communication skills, fluency in English and German (B2 or higher) • Applied knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts, with experience in Process management • Keeping contact with clients, forwarding and mediating demands, expectations and problems • Exceptional presentation and moderation skills as well as persuasiveness at top management level • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with shifting deadlines • Strong attention to details, ability to work in multitasking environment, with remote teams and support several stakeholders at the same time • Previous experience working with contract regulations, managing confidential information • Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies (Public and or Private) and networking • Cloud-native technologies (Containers, Microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps) is an advantage • Experience in transitioning and transforming new initiatives is an advantage • Experience in in-depth contract management is an advantage • Experiences with IT Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, O365, MS Project, Visio
