📋 Description

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of mission-critical cross-team projects • Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, priorities, and timelines • Facilitate communication and alignment across engineering, QA, and product teams • Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve blockers or escalations to ensure timely delivery • Communicate project progress and critical updates clearly to stakeholders • Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices and accountability • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous delivery processes, optimizing workflows • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client onsite to foster trust and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development or fintech • Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and delivery management • Experience managing high-volume, high-performance backend or financial systems • Risk, issue, and change management experience • Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery experience • Effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and product teams • Experience building strong client relationships onsite • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with reporting, metrics, and tracking project progress • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Location in Zagreb or ability to commute to the office daily • Background in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services (Desirable) • Fluency in Croatian or Ukrainian (Desirable) • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) (Desirable) • Leadership experience for mentoring/guiding junior PMs or team members (Desirable)
