📋 Description
• Be the technical reference for your Escalação (team/shift), ensuring quality, organization and best practices. • Mentor Developers and QA, support technical growth and lead rituals such as 1:1s and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). • Review critical PRs, track deliveries and guide the team toward clean and efficient solutions. • Define the tactical architecture of projects and ensure alignment with standards set by the Head of Engineering. • Help PMs and Product Owners translate requirements into clear technical tasks. • Serve as the go-to person for complex technical issues and critical decisions. • Participate in the technical onboarding of new hires, helping to create a welcoming and smooth experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience (6–9 years) as a developer, with solid knowledge of architecture and engineering best practices. • Experience as a technical lead, senior developer, or technical reference who has led processes or people. • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React, Node.js, React Native or similar stacks. • Ability to organize ideas, structure solutions and communicate clearly. • Collaborative, responsible, adaptable profile with a strong desire to build together. • Experience with DDD, Clean Architecture and automated testing (plus). • Experience with agile methodologies (plus).
