📋 Description

• Facilitation and execution of workshops on process design, optimization and implementation • Analysis of existing ITSM/ESM processes and development of concrete improvement proposals • Advisory on ServiceNow architectures, best practices and transformation strategies • Creation of solution designs, roadmaps and implementation concepts • Close collaboration with client teams and our delivery units • Ensuring high-quality delivery across all project phases • Participation in pre-sales activities such as scoping, RFPs or effort estimations • Depending on seniority, you will also take on the following responsibility levels: independently handle demanding tasks and lead workstreams or manage entire client projects, provide technical leadership to teams and act as a trusted advisor at management level.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years' experience in Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow • Solid know-how in process modeling, optimization and/or quality management • Experience facilitating workshops • Experience leading projects or workstreams • Confident stakeholder management at management level • Experience in pre-sales or proposal processes • Excellent German and English skills • Desire to take responsibility and make an impact within a team • ServiceNow certifications are a plus but not required.
