📋 Description
• Analyze, design and optimize GRC, risk, compliance or SecOps processes • Facilitate workshops on process definition, re‑engineering, gap analyses and best practices • Develop sustainable solution architectures, roadmaps and implementation strategies based on the ServiceNow platform (IRM, SecOps, BCM etc.) • Identify efficiency and automation opportunities, including assessment of risks, impacts and priorities • Advise clients on organizational change and transformation initiatives • Work closely with our delivery teams and client-side stakeholders • Support pre-sales activities: scoping, effort estimates, RFP responses and solution design • Depending on seniority, take on one of the following responsibility levels: independently manage complex functional tasks, workstreams and process designs, or — as an Engagement Manager — assume delivery responsibility, lead project teams and act as the central trusted advisor for management-level stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience (min. 3 years) in Governance, Risk, Compliance or IT SecOps — ideally in the context of process management or platforms such as ServiceNow • Knowledge of process modeling, process optimization or quality management • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with client stakeholders • Team-oriented, responsible and solution-focused working style • Motivation to advance GRC processes in a data-driven and technology-enabled way • Experience leading projects or workstreams • Routine in pre-sales, scoping and proposal processes • Very good German and English language skills • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. IRM, SecOps) are a plus but not required
