📋 Description

• Devoted Studios is a production management company for external development in the video games industry. With a mission to create equal opportunity for all talent globally to work on the games of their dreams, Devoted Studios aims to decentralize game development. • We are seeking a senior finance leader and the internal product owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your dual mandate is to: • Own the full global IFRS accounting, global tax, project‑cost, and management‑reporting cycle for a fast‑growing technology services business. • Co‑lead the roll‑out, configuration, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 BC, ensuring every finance‑relevant module is implemented, integrated, supported by the proper documentation, and used to best‑practice standards by the internal team. • You will build and coach a finance & accounting team (up to 5 people) and collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Delivery, HR, and IT.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • At least 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, or related financial roles • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting under IFRS • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Proven track record with month-end close processes and external audits • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formula modeling • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills • High attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Fluent in English • ACCA certification • Experience automating accounting and reporting processes in Business Central • Familiarity with international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and corporate law fundamentals • Strong project management experience, especially in scaling finance operations • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company environment • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization
