📋 Description

• Drive execution and contribute to planning the design and delivery of services that detect risk, trigger appropriate responses, and support safe, effective therapy decisions • Work closely with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and data science teams to ensure solutions are safe, effective, and globally scalable • Drive execution and contribute to planning the roadmap for patient safety and clinical support services • Identify, prioritize, and refine opportunities that deliver value for providers, patients, and Dexcom’s business objectives • Design and evolve modular solutions that detect clinical risks and enable proactive response • Define configurable, modular microservices that power patient and provider experiences • Identify key data inputs and support integration efforts to AI-driven insights • Partner cross-functionally to deliver safe, compliant, and globally scalable solutions • Ensure insights are surfaced in intuitive, meaningful ways that support user goals and drive engagement • Collaborate with research and clinical teams to incorporate AI, clinical decision support and alerts responsibly and validate impact through evidence-based insights • Monitor usage, gather feedback, and iterate to improve usability, adoption, and clinical effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or enterprise software within a regulated environment • Demonstrated success translating complex clinical or operational workflows into intuitive, scalable digital solutions • Experience partnering with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, legal, and commercial teams • Hands-on experience working in regulated domains such as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or HIPAA-compliant platforms • Preferred: Experience contributing to the development of SaMD or Clinical Decision Support tools • Preferred: Applied knowledge of AI/ML in clinical contexts • Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and FHIR • Preferred: Experience supporting international or enterprise-scale products, localization, regional compliance • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 8-12 years of related experience (note: role earlier says 5+ years product management) • Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
