📋 Description

• Greeting new patients in the program and accompany them through their journey • Checking in and following up on active cases, assist physicians and psychologists in their related tasks • Analyzing cases and providing the best possible solutions to our members • Responsible for patient safety in your member-facing role

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English • A passion for mental health, quality of care, and improving team processes • Available to work a minimum of 21 hours on evenings and weekends • A strong sense of empathy, time-management, critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent customer service • Pursuing or attained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or in any mental health-related field • Strong computer skills • Experience in customer service, healthcare or administrative role
