• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, including 1+ year as a solo or lead admin. • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service in a large and/or complex Salesforce environment. • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). • Demonstrated expertise in: • Automation tools (especially Flow) • Integration management (APIs, data flows, connected apps, third-party tools) • Data governance and ongoing integrity practices • Strong ability to assess business requests for technical feasibility and strategic alignment before implementation. • Excellent prioritization, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
