• Establish and refine engineering operations processes that improve predictability, quality, and throughput. • Oversee project and program execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met. • Define, implement, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and visibility tools that track engineering performance, velocity, and quality. • Introduce and evolve best practices for Agile and hybrid development methodologies across distributed teams. • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to align strategic priorities with execution. • Drive adherence to safety-critical and certification processes (e.g., DO-178C, ISO 26262, etc.), ensuring audit readiness and traceability. • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Technical Project Managers, Safety Engineers, and Certification Teams. • Evaluate and optimize toolchains supporting project tracking, documentation, and reporting (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 8+ years of experience in engineering operations, program management, or related technical leadership roles • Proven success leading complex, multi-program engineering efforts in software or embedded systems environments • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies; experience driving process adoption across diverse teams • Strong data-driven mindset with experience establishing engineering performance metrics and reporting systems • PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred • Experience managing safety or certification engineering functions (DO-178C, ISO 26262, or similar) highly desirable • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence across engineering, product, and executive teams.
