📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of test engineering contractors across multiple workstreams. • Own the development, planning, and execution of test strategies for DO-178C-compliant software systems. • Guide teams through all DO-178C stages including planning, requirements-based testing, and verification closure. • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. • Work closely with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Program Management to ensure integrated delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred). • 10+ years of experience in software test engineering within aerospace, defense, or other safety-critical environments. • Hands-on DO-178C experience in verification, planning, documentation, and certification activities. • Experience leading a team of test engineers. • Strong knowledge of test methodologies, requirements-based verification, and configuration management. • Proven ability to build schedules, manage complex projects, and lead cross-functional efforts. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
