📋 Description

• Your striking copy in ads and on landing pages will make clients wonder how they ever worked without your input. • Together with our Head of Growth and the clients, you conduct targeted research and onboarding processes to gather deep customer and audience insights for our upcoming campaigns. • Based on the collected insights, you develop concepts for our performance campaigns and handle the copy for ads and video scripts. • You act as the link between the Creative and Performance teams, ensuring a consistent narrative before and after the ad click. • Once your clients are happy, you also support our own marketing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Writing and reading are your passion. • You have a confident, stylistically assured way with words, excellent German language skills, and enjoy using your strong empathy to put yourself in the shoes of very different target audiences. • You have experience writing advertising copy and know how to turn words into an effective marketing tool. • Depending on the target audience, you can adapt different writing styles and find the right tone of voice. • You can simplify complex content and make it easy to understand. • Ideally, you have a degree or comparable training in journalism, communication design, media communication, or a related field. Knowledge of marketing and/or agency experience is also helpful.
