📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall strategic design and driving future margin expansion in Foodservice channels • Lead the go to market strategy for Funding and Spending policies • Strategic partner to the Sr. Director of Sales and Finance • Design and lead the cross-functional Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda • Establish and enforce company policies for all trade spending • Own the multi-year technology roadmap for trade systems • Lead the quarterly executive review process with high-impact recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in Business Administration • 10+ years in Trade Management, Sales Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) • Significant experience in a high-volume, promotional industry (Foodservice, CPG, or related Food Manufacturing) • Deep knowledge of RGM principles (pricing, mix, promotion) • Ability to translate data science/predictive analytics into commercial plans • Deep understanding of the P&L from Gross Sales to Operating Income • Proven success in managing and influencing trade spend to drive bottom-line results
